• No Returns or Refunds – Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Non-Refundable Deposits – A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Final Payment – The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pick-up. Orders will not be released until full payment is received.
• Delivery & Fees – A $10 delivery fee applies for locations within 15 miles of our bakery located in Hampton, SC. Delivery fees for locations beyond this will be determined based on distance.
• Accepted Payment Methods – We accept cash, Cash App, and Zelle for all orders.
• Food Allergy Disclaimer – Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, and gluten. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please inform us of any dietary concerns before ordering.
